If your car develops a fault you believe is covered by your warranty, contact us straight away. Our team will guide you through the repair process.

You can take your vehicle to any VAT-registered garage. Simply complete the Report an Issue form and we’ll help you find a suitable garage if needed.

We cover premature wear and tear on parts that fail unexpectedly. Normal wear items such as brake pads, discs, wiper blades, bulbs, and other consumables are not covered.

Repair times depend on the garage, the nature of the issue, and the availability of replacement parts.

If some elements of the repair are not included in your warranty, you will need to cover those costs. We’ll make sure you are informed in advance so there are no unexpected charges.

Yes, we do. However, as main dealer labour and part rates are usually higher, you may need to pay the difference if costs exceed your plan limits.

Yes, the initial diagnostic fee is usually your responsibility. If the fault is confirmed as a covered repair, we may contribute towards the diagnostic cost, up to one hour within your plan allowance.
